Insurance & payments*
Payments are expected when services are rendered unless you have dental insurance that allows you to choose you own dentist freely. We accept most PPO insurance plans but not HMO or Medicaid. We will be more than happy to submit all claims for you, but any co-pay is due at the time of service. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan may be designed with an appropriate payment schedule based on each individual’s needs.
We are part of the Dental Network of America and Delta Premier Network to offer you more discounts. There are many other ways to save when visiting our office!
New patients promo*
We would like to invite you to come to visit us and become our new patient. To welcome you, a $25 discount will be applied towards your balance or your insurance co-pay in the initial visit when you present a printed copy of this page showing the promo code “I am your new patient!” we look forward to seeing you soon!
Senior discount*
We offer 10% senior discount for patients who are 65 or older.
Private patient credit*
When you have your check up & cleaning but do not have insurance, we offer $25 discount towards the fees.
Referral bonus*
When you refer a new patient to us, you’ll receive $25 credit on your account to show our appreciation for the referral.
